Alteration and conversion of the offices, laundry and storage space into new offices, training space and workshop including the installation of a district heating system with air source heat pump.
The works were phased with existing offices and accommodation being maintained for residents while new flats being constructed.

Weoley Park Surgery
Extension and refurbishment of doctors’ surgery to build offices into a new 1st floor with additional ground floor area for consulting and waiting rooms.
The works were phased with temporary waiting and consulting rooms being provided to increase existing surgery and offices so that doctors and patients continued to be accommodated while new surgery was being constructed.

The works were phased with temporary waiting and consulting rooms being provided to increase existing surgery and offices so that doctors and patients continued to be accommodated while new surgery was being constructed.
4nr Apprentices were employed on the project.
Hestia House Ground Floor
The refurbishment and alteration of the ground floor of Hestia House to form new offices including installation of heating and electrical services.
Following a previous successful contract for the office to residential conversion of the upper floors, the incoming owner received more investment and appointed Jericho Construction to complete the works in the building.
The works were phased to enable residents to continue occupying the upper floors and office staff to continue to occupy the ground floor areas to be refurbished.

Works included stripping out existing office areas and constructing new lift shaft and lift car, replacing felt flat roof, replacement of existing steel doors and windows with timber, new heating, plumbing and electrical works throughout, new walls, internal finishes and decoration.
