About Us

Jericho Construction is one of seven social enterprises operated by JERICHO to help people who face real and significant challenges in getting a job. These could include trauma, insufficient work experience, health & wellbeing needs, education barriers and communication challenges.

We do this by giving them a real work opportunity and individualised support to ultimately help them progress into sustainable employment. 55% of our team either started on or are currently on a JERICHO social project.
